We want you to love your glow, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale or promotional kits may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
